All Returns Are accepted . Full refund will be offered in case of major default/Defect.
Any Broken or Damaged Item will be Replaced. There Could be upto 7 Business Days in fully Processing of refunds.
Change of mind withing 30 Days is acceptable. No Question will be asked. Refund will be Processed excluding 20% of Restocking fees and Original Delivery Charges
Any item damaged in Transit will be offered Part Replacement or Whole items Depends on the Damage. Change of Mind or in Return Collection Item need to be Packed in Original Boxes or Any Other Suitable Packing . If item is Damage Please do not Assemble it. Damage in Assembly is not Covered by Us
Superior Furniture Has all the right to cancel and Order Due to or without any Reason. An email or Phone call Notification will be given.
Where can we deliver to?
We ship Australia-wide.
Please note that our carriers do not deliver furniture and large items to PO boxes, so to avoid unnecessary delays please ensure you give your full street address at checkout.
When will my order be shipped?
All in stock items are dispatched within 2 business days. If products are not available for immediate dispatch, the estimated dispatch date will be shown on the product page (e.g. pre-order items).
When will I receive my order?
Standard deliveries are made Monday - Friday during normal business hours, excluding public holidays.
Estimated delivery time to Sydney, Melbourne, Brisbane and Adelaide is between 3-7 business days, Perth between 4-7 business days, and for the rest of Australia between 5-7 business days from the date of dispatch. However, please allow up to 7 business days after dispatch for all deliveries.
